COLOURS OF THE SOUL An Intuitive Art & Reiki Experience A gentle Sunday afternoon of meditation, creative expression, energy healing, journaling and connection. This is not an art class. There are no techniques to learn and no artistic experience required. Through guided meditation, you'll be invited to quiet the mind and connect with your inner world. As you paint intuitively,you'll receive individual Reiki energy healing and allow any colours, shapes or emotions to emerge naturally onto the canvas.
