Service Description

Start the New year with new toolkits for self regulation and self mastery. Our inner state is ours to control with a little know and practise. Breathwork, mindfulness and meditation are such powerful tools to help us become the best version of ourselves. This is a 4 week course to take you on a journey to understanding how to have a healthy relationship with the mind, how to read what the mind and body needs to then use the breath to balance, calm and energise as a daily practise. Learn how to meditate so that you can tip accumulated stress out of your cup. We don’t meditate for the glory of being a great meditators but to be good at managing ourselves and life. Lianne is a level 3, trauma informed breathwork and meditation coach who is passionate about empowering people to be their own wellness genies. This course is transformational and will give you tools that you will keep for life and with practise put you on the road to self mastery. he Class will include: Education and breath exercises to regulate, balance, calm or energise the body based on Pranayarma and functional breathwork Mindfulness and meditation exercises to incorporate into your daily life. We will explore Ayurvedic, Yogic and other Eastern techniques. Guided breathwork meditation incorporating diaphragmatic training to enhance your natural breathing patterns as well as providing a held space to completely let go, relax and restore. You will gain a Toolkit to: Regulate your nervous system Reduce stress, anxiety and enhance clarity and performance Improve sleep & overall wellbeing Empower you to be your own wellness genie!
