Classes and Courses

Join me at one of my weekly classes or a 4 week course.

We will cover different themes each week with different breath exercises to add to your toolkit

Including Mindfulness exercises and Mantra mediation to train the mind into stillness and empty stress from your accumulated cup.

Always finishing with a guided diaphragmatic breath meditation leaving you feeling completely relaxed and nervous system reset.
