Step into a space of deep rest, resonance, and gentle transformation… Be immersed in a sound healing journey with gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and many other magical instruments, guiding you into a meditative state where the nervous system softens and the body restores. Alongside this, The Painted Mermaid will offer individual tuning fork therapy throughout the session. Using precise vibrational frequencies to harmonise the body’s energy field, support the release of stress, and invite deep cellular balance.
