Service Description
This seven-week drop-in yoga series is for anyone who has ever felt unsure in a class, struggled to keep up, or felt like they missed the foundations along the way. If fast classes leave you confused, if you want time to understand postures properly, or if you’re returning to yoga after a break and want to rebuild confidence, this space is for you. Each session moves at a steady, supportive pace, breaking down key postures, breath and alignment, with simple philosophy woven in to help you understand the why behind the practice. There is no pressure to attend every week and no expectation to keep up. You are invited to move at your own pace, ask questions, and reconnect with the roots of yoga in a calm, welcoming environment. Suitable for beginners, returners, and experienced yogis wanting to slow down and refresh the basics.
